For January, the practice is creating distance. See how a walk, a few minutes outside, a deep breath between meetings, can help you zoom out, change your perspective and see your life from a higher, calmer place.

This month is about treating sleep like fuel, because it is. When you're well-rested, you're sharper, calmer, stronger. For February, fixate on a sustainable sleep schedule. Turn off screens earlier. Cool the room down. Give your body the reset it needs and notice how that changes your days.
